1200 x 600 mm Tile backer board is one of the most versatile interior tile backer boards in the construction industry today. It has a XPS Insulation core made from HCFC-free extruded polystyrene rigid foam and a cement coated surface with integrated fibre mesh fabric, making it an ideal base for any type of tile or plaster. The Boards are 100% waterproof, mould and rot resistant , making it an ideal choice for areas that are frequently exposed to moisture. Tile backer board is easy to cut, shape, and install, and provides a stable and durable surface for direct tile installation. It also helps to prevent tile cracks and other damage caused by movement or shifting. Suitable for Underfloor Heating application.Â

Very pleased with this item and great delivery
not much to like or dislike, used to insulate a bedroom floor. Hard to quantify if it works or not, but the kitchen below it does seem to be warmer.

I used the boards for 2 things. The first was to attach to the inside of my garage door to protect my car tailgate when opening. The second was to soundproof the back of my piano. Perfect for both applications

This stuff is perfect for diorama making and the large sheets give you plenty to work with. Good value for money.
